About Us

iXplore Universities, located in Kings Mills, OH was founded by President, Brian Owens in 2011. Brian has been working in the Higher Education recruitment field since 2002. Additionally, Brian has experience in corporate marketing and understands the importance of content in relation to today’s digital technology. iXU’s products are designed to meet the needs of higher education recruiters in their effort to connect and recruit students to U.S. schools and universities. Our products offer dynamic presentation, tracking, and the adaptation of digital technology to help our clients recruit the next generation student.

Our company prides itself on customer service and product development. With over 100 clients, our clients’ needs are our number one focus and to ensure we are meeting their recruitment needs. We often develop new products based on client feedback and the ever-changing global landscape of the international student recruiting market. IXU has a dedicated staff in sales, marketing, customer service, design, web development and coding to ensure that our clients are receiving industry standard service throughout each stage of our partnership.

Dave Ilg attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. Post-graduation he has obtained over 15 years of sales and marketing experience working at top companies in the greater Cincinnati area.

Dave brought his sales and marketing expertise to iXplore Universities as part of its’ development team in 2010 and official company launch in 2011. As National Sales Director, Dave is an integral part of IXU’s sales team and excels at building client relationships. His tenure at IXU brings unprecedented experience in the fields of higher education and international student recruitment.
